Adisadel College was originally established to ensure quality teaching and learning of the Arts but has also been at the forefront of producing some of the finest scientists who are leading scientific and engineering inventions and researches in the world. Examples of such kinds abound, Ave K. P. Kludze Jr., a rocket scientist, Complex Systems Engineer, and a senior NASA Spacecraft Systems Engineer, Sir Sam E Jonah, Nii Narku Quaynor, Network Computer Systems, Ernest Bediako, CEO of Ernest Chemists, Thomas O. Mensah, Elected Fellow US National Academy of Inventors, 2014, Fiber Optics Inventor and Innovator, are a few.
In recent years, the annual National Science and Maths Quiz, NSMQ, has brought about renewed interests in the study of Science and Math and has also encouraged Alumni to take particular interests in the teaching and study of Science in their various alma maters. Adisadel College is known to be Either the First or With the First – “Vel Primus Vel Cum Primis”! Adisadel College has been to the finals of the last four NSMQ emerging as winners of the 2016 edition.
Despite the immense contributions Adisadel College continues to make in the field of Science and Math, the current Science Laboratories which were built in the 1970s for 600 students, have been in deplorable states. Broken Windows, Doors, and other fixtures, non-existence of equipment, tools, and learning aides, and overcrowding of students have necessitated an institution of Adisadel’s calibre to have newly constructed science laboratories equipped with the necessary tools and learning aids to ensure that Adisadel College continues with her contributions to the study of Science.
We call on you to support us give the students a great opportunity to advance the STEM education
